Justin Scholl
PharmD, MS, BCACP
Pharmacy Operations & Client Services
Justin Scholl, PharmD, MS, BCACP is a co-founder of PEAK Pharmacy Solutions, bringing over 17 years of experience in the pharmacy industry. His journey began after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh in 2007, where he laid a strong foundation as a community pharmacist. Justin's passion for clinical programs led him to play a pivotal role in developing and expanding services such as COVID vaccine programs, medication synchronization, compliance packaging services and a Meds-to-Beds hospital delivery service.
His career highlights include developing innovative pharmacy practice models, growing community pharmacy clinical services, mentoring pharmacy students and interns, and advocating for the profession. With a keen eye for efficiency and improvement, Justin excels in organizing pharmacies and developing robust programs from scratch. His work with the Flip the Pharmacy program further solidified his expertise in coaching pharmacies to success.
Outside of his professional life, Justin is an avid outdoorsman and triathlete, enjoying nature at his family camp and cultivating native plant gardens. A proud University of Pittsburgh alumnus, he is a dedicated supporter of Pitt athletics. Alongside his wife and two cats, Justin continues to pursue his passion for enhancing pharmacy operations and supporting independent pharmacists in achieving their business goals.
Tony Mara
Financial Analysis & Business Development
Tony Mara, a professional business coach and consultant brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in the pharmacy industry. With an extensive background in business management, Tony has honed his skills over the years, specializing in practical management leadership techniques and business development strategies. His journey began during his university years, where he pursued a degree in Management Economics and launched his first two businesses, laying the foundation for his entrepreneurial spirit.
For more than 12 years, Tony has been a guiding force for independent pharmacies across the United States and Canada. His role as a business coach with Pharmacy Development Services (PDS) allowed him to work with pharmacies of all shapes and sizes, helping them adapt and thrive in a constantly evolving environment. Tony's approach to business development is holistic, focusing on synchronizing each area of a business to operate at its highest potential.
Tony's journey into the field of pharmacy consulting was driven by his own experiences as a business owner. Having faced challenges in launching and sustaining his own ventures, he developed a passion for helping others overcome their business hurdles. His hands-on approach and dedication to personalized solutions set him apart, as he not only advises but actively collaborates with clients to implement strategies that drive success.
Living in London, Ontario, Canada, with his wife Erin and their four daughters, Tony is a family man who finds joy in coaching and playing sports. He is an avid fan of hockey and curling during the winter months and enjoys baseball, softball and golf in the summer. His passion for sports extends to managing a local softball association and coaching youth sports, where he dedicates his time to nurturing young talents.
As a fellow entrepreneur at heart, Tony continues to pursue his own business ventures while sharing the winning strategies of successful community pharmacies with his clients. His mission is to support the long-term sustainability and profitability of community pharmacies across the United States, ensuring they remain a vital part of the healthcare industry.
