Justin Scholl
PharmD, MS, BCACP
Pharmacy Operations & Client Services
As a practicing pharmacist for over 15 years, Justin has experience in a wide range of areas including community pharmacy, ambulatory care and academia. During this time, his focus has been on improving workflow efficiencies and developing new clinical programs, together with effective business strategies, to increase the role of the pharmacist as a patient care provider and generate revenue outside the realm of dispensing. He has also been actively engaged with the Pennsylvania Pharmacist Care Network and has served as a Flip the Pharmacy Coach since 2019.
In addition to working with Independent Community Pharmacies with Peak Pharmcy Solutions, Justin currently serves as the Clinical Coordinator and Project Manager for an Independent Community Pharmacy in Northwestern Pennsylvania.

Tony Mara
Financial Analysis & Business Development
Tony has an extensive background and education in in business management. He has been a coach and consultant for many years, developing a specialty in practical management leadership techniques as well as business development (growth) strategies.
He has been working with independent pharmacies for more than 12 years, including several years as a business coach with Pharmacy Development Services (PDS). During this time, he has worked with independent pharmacies all over the United States and Canada of all “shapes and sizes.” Tony consistently helps these pharmacies to adapt and grow in an ever-changing environment.
